FAQ: Can I Store My Order at Juniper?

Ordering fixtures early is no problem at Juniper. Due to semi-flexible lead times with the potential for unforeseen delays, it’s actually preferred that clients order lighting sooner than needed. If lighting is ready to ship prior to the client being ready to receive, we have two options: we can either send it to your storage space, or store it at Juniper until you’re ready to receive your fixtures. However, there are some terms that pair with storing fixtures here at Juniper.


After an order is paid in full and the order is ready to leave our warehouse, we automatically ship without notification, unless otherwise specified. If you’d like us to reach out prior to shipping, please request this as soon as possible.


If an outstanding balance is due upon time of shipment, Juniper will contact the client requesting the balance owed. We do not ship orders until all outstanding balances are paid. After one business week of being notified that you owe a balance, or if you have requested Juniper to hold your shipment for longer than one business week, Juniper will begin charging the client a storage fee of $20 for parcel and $50 for freight (boxes on a pallet) for each day thereafter.
