It is an honor for our fixtures to be out into the world, however, our team at Juniper understands that there are some unforeseen circumstances that may require you to return it. Kindly read our rules regarding our return policy to be guided accordingly.
Consent and Shipping Instructions
All orders of defective and non-defective merchandise can only be returned with written consent and shipping instructions from Juniper. Once approved, all returns must be made within 30 days from shipment date. You may be asked to fulfill a 15% restocking charge depending on unique circumstances. Please contact our sales team to check.
Condition of Goods
Non-defective goods must be unaltered, in pristine and resalable condition in its original packaging. On the other hand, defective goods must be sent freight prepaid at the account of the buyer and must still follow our warranty policy and return process.
Ineligible Goods For Return
Juniper cannot and does not accept returns of any custom finished, made-to-order or discontinued merchandise.
All clients are required to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) prior to returning, exchanging, or repairing any product. For products that need to be repaired, we ask that clients send photos of all damages to firstname.lastname@example.org.
